Our meat department now has a full service case along with the self-serve. There is an open work area behind the case to provide the best customer service and show the integrity of our practices.

We prepare all our meats fresh daily on the premises and grind our meat in-store every day. We have purchased a smaller grinder so the more discerning customers can pick the exact cut of meat they wish to be ground fresh, as they wait. Custom cuts are our specialty.

All our beef is grain-fed, USDA Choice from Kansas City. We feature all natural Bell & Evans chickens.

Game meats: venison, duck, geese, capons and Colorado Spring Lamb are featured seasonally and can be special ordered.

Try our own specialty sausages made in-store with no preservatives, or our marinated meats ready for your grill or stove.
