We also feature a changing selection of artisan A.O.C./D.O.C. cheeses from Europe, aged Canadian cheddars, cheeses from the British Isles, Mountain cheeses: Manchego, Gruyere, Pyrenees, Comte, Reggiano and a large selection of goat and sheep's milk cheeses. Whenever possible we always try to obtain products from local sources here in New England.
